| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 17, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a very hazy, dull yellow body with a finger-width, fizzy, white colored head that dissipates quickly and remains lightly laced. Aroma of bready wheat malts, fruity Belgian yeast, soft spices, and a good amount of orange/lemon citrus. Flavor is similar and well balanced. A good amount of spicing and citrus remains subtle, but rather enjoyeable. Never gets too one-sided and stays delicate throughout. Finishes dry with a long malt and spice/yeast/citrus aftertaste. Palate is medium bodied and very smooth with a nice carbonation on the backend. Overall, a very impressive Witbier. I’m typically not a huge fan of the style, but this one was quite enjoyeable. Much better than anticipated. I may have to grab a sixer of this for my next Royals tailgate. rader58 (194), Leawood, Kansas, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 15, 2009 (bottle) cloudy light gold with white head. Citrus and spice aroma. Flavor is wheat, spice, citrus. Dmalone102 (221), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | May 12, 2009 Aroma- Grainy, yeasty, phenolic, coriander and noble hops, not particularly strong.
Appearance- Cloudy, light straw color. Good head, some large bubbles in an otherwise creamy head.
Flavor- Coriander, cloves, lemon, cinnamon-like phenols along with the clove. None of the flavors are strong, but enough to satisfy. Light Bready flavor, medium sweetness.
Palate- Effervescent, smooth, medium body. The carbonation gives it some dryness.
Overall Impression- This is a light, refreshing beer that has enough flavor components to satisfy anti-wheat drinkers. If you were partying in the backyard, this would be perfect. aaronhaywood (74), Kansas City, Missouri, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 3, 2009 finally, a brew from Boulevard that is actually quaffable. nice head and classic citrus aroma. the spice, coriander, fruitiness exists and we get something else here too...mouthfeel, which is lacking in every other boulevard we tasted. finished weak but what else would you expect from a brewery that cuts costs. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 27, 2009 "OK! Now this is what I’m talking about! It’s about time a brewery makes a witbier that’s true to style and not just some weak American Wheat watered down grainsack that’s supposed to pass for a Wit. Cloudy, hazey with a full white head. Instant lemon, some spice and orange on the nose. Mouthfeel is creamy no doubt, and super spritzy. Like mouthwash spritzy- no kidding! Taste is super mellow but true from start to finish. Again spice with a hint of tartness in the finish. Nice beer guys! Headbanger (1601), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of coriander, spice, wheat, fruit, and some malt. Taste is of the same with the coriander and spices being dominant. This light bodied Wit is pretty tasty but is a bit weak on the back end.
