Jul 7, 2003 Updated: Aug 5, 2006Cloudy pale yellow. Light peach, marshmallow and coriander aroma. Malty, lightly spicy (coriander, mint) flavour. Marshmallowy, and pretty well-made.
Old rating (2003): Pale light saffron. Hazy. Creamy, light honey character with biscuits, sunflowers, and limited citrus. Sweet and sour towards the finish, with some citric crispiness. 6 3 7 3 13 = 3.2

Sep 22, 2002 Unfiltered golden with healthy white head. Coriander and a light orange aroma, quite fragrant. Flavor is light, slightly sweet and some sourness, but not much to it.

Aug 25, 2009 12oz bottle. Poured a lighter and hazy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of wheatiness, citrus (lemon rinds), and a trace of spices. Tastes of citrus, spices (stronger than the aromas), and wheat.

Jun 7, 2007 Bottle... Hazy, barely straw-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is both extremely estery and phenolic or they’ve spiced the high hell out of this one. Seems like a light dose of liquid smoke was also thrown into the mix. The flavor is much the same with delicate notes of barely-kilned grains. Light-bodied and thin with medium carbonation. Finishes watery and spicy. It tastes like a "kit beer" to me. However, in all fairness, I’m totally repulsed by any semblance of spice in a beer. It’s just not my thing.

May 18, 2009 @CBC–12oz bottle-pours a dissipating white head and very hazy yellow color. Aroma is banana/clove, some citrus. Taste is banana/clove, light malt, some citrus/spice hops.
