acrdz (4251), Pennsylvania, USA Aug 14, 2004 OBF 2004, Dry hopped version. Orange color. Very smooth orange cream and hop nose... fresh smelling. Smooth and a little biting on the nose. Very sweet and well done dry-hopping. Fresh, mild bitterness, mostly in the finish. Sweet buttery hop finish. Very good. beerguy101 (3468), Newark, California, USA Jul 28, 2004 OBF 2004 Dry hopped version. Medium orange color. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. A medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. VERY hoppy, (Simcoes) grapefruity and piney. Kind of hoppy for a pale ale. Tastes more like a West Coast IPA than anything else. Surprisingly not a lot of bitterness given the hop flavors. Nice beer. Would make a nice hoppy session ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter argo0 (6145), Washington DC, USA Jul 27, 2004 (OBF04) (dry hopped version) Clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit.
