Small white head. Deep dark red barely translucent body. Dry-sweetish-acidic wooden cherry taste with metallic notes. Mid-bodied. Dryish empty papery wooden aftertaste with malty notes. Well. (0.33l draft, Beer Exchange, St. Petersburg.)

12oz bottle from Tanakaya, Tokyo. Opened at PP bottle shop with Brad. Kind of like a watered down Rodenbach grand cru. Similar acids and malty profile, but less acidic and flavorful than Rodenbach. Easy to drink. Brown amber color. Nice.

Pours a dark brown color with a lite hue of red orange and a nice tan color head, making lots of nice laces around the glass. Aroma of roasted malts, caramles, brown sugars and oak. Flavors of roasted malst, dry fruits, caramels and some loquorice. A sweet and sour dry finish with a hint of smokey oak. Light bodied and a nice ballance of flavors, very pleasant and easy to drink.

On tap in Paris. Very dark red, fruity aroma with a bit of sourness. Quite sweet brew, this is not able to compete is the same league as Rodenbach et al. Fine malt and fruit, but it lacks the bite.

0,75 l bottle, shared with Gbright, bought in Corte Ingles, Palma de Mallorca. Deep ruby color, foamy tan-beige head. Aroma of raisins, some dried fruits like plum, sweet&toasty caramel. Medium bodied beer with smooth mouthfeel with sweet taste of a red wine, some flavor of dried fruits like raisins and plum, spicy vanilla....Fine one, but a little bit artifical...

Dark brown colored brew. Sour, vinous aroma. Flavor is sour, some sweetness, spices and vinous. Not really interesting.
