| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 26, 2009 Bottle. It pours a semi-clear, dark brown body under a small off-white to beige head. It’s slightly sourish on the nose, with roasted malt, dried fruits and some hops. A bit weak. The flavor has a little sourness too, slightly chalky, with some chocolate and roasted malts and dried fruits. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. It finishes quickly, with some alcohol and chalky notes, and some dried fruits. Straight from the brewery it might have been a fine beer, but now it seems a bit off, and it’s several months until its BB-date. (090416) Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark
