Aug 7, 2009 Bottle (cellphone rating). Slight hazy caramel brown with off white head. Looks a lot like the dobbel bock. Caramel, slight hops and malt in aroma. Flavour is sweet with caramel, malt and light citrus.

Dec 3, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty with a very weird phenolic note. The flavor is medicinal combined with notes of malt, phenol, butter, and fruit.

slight fruity and quite hoppy aroma
flavor is again ever so slightly fruity, lots of nice hops, sweetness, a little alc. very tasty, and quite mild and round (perhaps aging).
