Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel's famous tunnel, which was completed in 1841. Tunnel Vision is a welll rounded traditional bitter, clean tasting with a slight dryness on the palate. Where possible we try to use local suppliers, the grains come from Warminster and the hops come from Ledbury.

A Mes rate. Cask handpull at Baker Street ‘Sporks.
Clean golden brown with no head. Typical rubbish Spoons serving. Wheat and a little fruity hop in the nose. Well balanced. The flavour is similar to the aroma plus a pleasant dry earthy character but with a rather astringent and medicinal finish. Somewhat dull and uninspiring but I’ve had much worse. A new brewery scooped at Spoons. That’s a change.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Brown amber with white head. Thin , cold and tinny, tasted a bit out of date, but this was in a Spoons. Some sweetish fruity hop. Somewhat dull.

Cask at The Penny Black, JDW, Bicester, Oxon 16-04-09 Pours amber with a white head. The aroma on this beer was almost non-existent. Tasted a little of vanilla initially with also a little breakfast tea. There is a smouldering but easy going bitterness, its fine. A5 A3 F6 P3 Ov11 2.8

An amber ale with a thin white head. 2 Aromas of cabbage, a little oniony. Sweet in the mouth with boiled vegetables again and a crisp cereal finish.

Cask (Angleterre, Helsinki)
Rich light brown. Deep grainy aroma. Some nuttiness, some wet sheep. Tangy and very pleasant. Well balanced malt/hop combination, and neither dominates the pleasant finish.

(Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki, on 2008-09-20) Golden. Clear. Small white quickly disappearing head with large bubbles. Grass and malts in nose. Full bodied palate, dryish, little carbonation. Malts, white bread, grass and bitterness in taste.
