pilsnerrogge (1609), Finspång, Sweden Oct 31, 2003 Amber/orange color, somewhat hazy with lots of sediments. Huge Duvel-ish head. Wonderful aroma of sun-ripe oranges, love it! The flavor is all hops, a tad soapy but it's a great beer anyway.
Pinball (587), Allerød, Denmark Aug 20, 2008 aroma is very strong, pine dominates. quite hoppy. a more complex aroma would score higher. looks great, very nice large thick head. very strong bitter and hoppy flavor on a foundation of sugar sweetness. again in-your-face strength. overall a bit one-dimensional, but a very good beer, and even a good attemt at the style. If you find it in a bar, you won’t be disappointed (widely distributed in denmark) tarjei (1300), Bryne, Norway Jul 21, 2008 40 cl tap at Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Amber color, nice white head. Aroma is hops and malt with floral notes. Flavor is mild hops and fine bitterness, a nice floral touch and discret malt. Fine, mild IPA. Plimmer (243), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 24, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Clear amber/orange colored body with nice large steady offwhite head. Nose dominated by hops and some spices. A litte "flat" body, some sweet notes and a nice bitter finish. trapez (221), Hilleroed, Denmark May 18, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Color hazy yellow with large white head. Aroma a bit fruity and filled with hops. Taste dry and bitter as an IPA should be. This beer was somewhat a marking of a new beginning in Dansh microbrewery. As such it sets a standard. It’s my rating no.100, although I have tasted it many times before - right from the beginning, and it still holds high standards. For the original style a good example but lacks some wildness
