Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Superbrugsen Ulleroed. VEry spcy aroma filled with ginger. Colour slightly unclear golden amber with nice white head. flavour dominated by the ginger. Definitely there is something else - according to the description it should be hips, but I cannot recognize the the taste for sure. As I am very fond of ginger I like this beer very much.

Aug 14, 2008 [Sampled at DØE-festival with Helga, Søren and Anne, Århus 2008.] Great to brew such a beer in Denmark. Fresh and nice aroma of citrus, ginger, spices. Nice flavor and sweetdry finish.

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle. Large rocky white head. Somewhat cloudy golden color. Aroma of ginger and lavender came out clear, with notes of citrus, fruit and mild spicy feel. Some underlying malty notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Spicy ginger finish.

Jul 29, 2008 Flaske. En dejlig duft af ingefær, en smule parfumeret breder sig når denne flotte let rødlige øl hældes op. Virkelig dejligt at der eksperimenteres, og ingefær er en dejlig ting. Interessant og særdeles vellykket.
