Dark brown/reddish color with optimal head of good volume. Much coolness aromas with fruity notes, yeast and dried flowers. Much lively and crisp taste in mouth. Harmonious and with good structure it introduces a bitter and an alcoholic conten much balance and of long persistence.

With Cascade hops
Wonderful dark amber color with red hue; creamy head. Fruity aroma (apricots), malt; later some caramel and maybe diacetyl. Medium body strength, smooth texture, flavor based on the caramel and roasted malt, well balanced, and well bitter. Good.
