Signature yeasty aroma with honey, sherbety fruit, sulphur, musty Goldings, pencilly conifer. Some citrussy hop, Fairy Liquid lemony soap and almond in the mouth. Smells promisingly yeasty, but ends up dominated by nasty lingering bitterness and nuthusky/shampoo afters. Really average pasteurised bitter. Amber with slender white lid.

Sep 29, 2008 500m bottle. Got a better head on the second pour, though still didn’t want to stay around for too long, orangey body. Nose was quite promising, piney hops, flavour follows through to the taste but just lacks depth and even a little watery.

Aug 30, 2008 Bottle. A bit of a skunky aroma. Clear golden colour. Decent white head. Rich, honey flavour. Bit of fruit, malt , hops. But overall rather dull.

Jun 22, 2008 Amber colour with a small off white head. Smelt fruity with a faint smell of hops. Tasted of apricots and hops with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Jun 16, 2008 Light honey orange with a medium head. Soft but pleasant citric bitter aroma. Straight-forward refreshing flavour, decent balance between a mild caramel malt a gentle bitterness that lingers quite nicely. Quite light bodied. A very respectable beer.
