Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - Spring;
Malt: Organic Pale & Crystal. Hops: Organic Target and Goldings.
English Target hops give this beer a remarkable aroma. Late hopping with Goldings and fermentation by the Brakspear yeast creates a remarkable zesty aroma, a full fruity flavour and a golden colour.
All Hops and Barley used in this beer are organically grown and produced.

Cask at GBBF 2007. Poured a gold colour with plenty of citrus flavours. The aftertaste was very citrus and hoppy and very a bitter finish.

cask @ jdw, borough. Super hop aroma with soap and floral notes. Hoppy taste with some citrus peeking through.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Light, pale bitter. It’s got some nice floral hop on finish. Fine, some rose petal, some good syrupy citrus fruits and tangerine

A Mes rate: Cask from ’Spoons @ Baker Street. Boring soapy blonde beer with very little going on in any department. Nice head... that’s about it.
