Nice appearance with a deep amber body and a foamy and creamy tan head. Moderated aroma and taste of the style with caramel and toasty sweet malt, fine hop. Not bad, nice bock but it hasn’t got enough power in it. JanEric (181), Meppel, Netherlands

Pours a clear amber with a medium off-white head and a sweet aroma of caramel, cream, red fruits and sweet malts. The flavor is sweet too, with hints of toffee, honey, sweet chocolate, sweet and some burned malts. A hoppy bite in the end. Not bad for a big brewer’s bock. thewolf (5738), Kolding, Denmark

Pours deep brownish red with a fine, frothy, off-white head. Malty and fruity aroma, some caramel, light dry chocolate and a slight buttery edge. Medium carbonation, fine dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is rather dry, quite typical Dutch. Good hoppiness, some cellar notes, the dry chocolate peep up again. Lightly warming, but not alcoholic. Quite drinkable. fonefan (11313), VestJylland, Denmark
