| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 23, 2009 Bottle, 6.5%. Quite fruity aroma, hint of pepper and anise. Clear dark amber colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, fruity with a little raw liquorice. The alcohol level is OK. Could have done without the liquorice, in my opinion. joss (3680), Garching b. München, Germany

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 4, 2009 (30cl bottle) Clear, amber colour with a beautiful light-beige foamy head. Sweet, biscuity and nutty, slightly roasted malty aroma with a very subtle fruity undertone. Bitter-sweet flavour with a tart edge, medium to full bodied, smooth carbonation. Slightly roasted malty taste with notes of caramel and a tinge of tart fruits, especially towards the moderately sweet malt accented finish. Not overly convincing, just drinkable (04.III.09).
