thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 2, 2007 This draft brew from the brew pub poured a small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated straw yellow colored body. The weak aroma was malty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and astringent. Not one that I would buy again. Cornfield (4409), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Aug 15, 2006 The brewmaster told me that this beer was replacing their regular wheat ale that wasn’t light enough for the brewpub’s BMC crowd. (?!) Not to be confused with their Lunker Lager, this one is admittedly adjunct laden - and it reeks of it. It’s got a strong corn aroma and a strong corn taste with a touch of generic hop bitterness. I’d complain more about the lowering of standards for the crowd that’d be just as happy with a Miller Light, but I got this one for free.

Brass Restaurant & Brewery, South Barrington, IL
