draft at the brewpub - Pours copper with a thin white head. The aroma is of bready malt, citrus hops, and of course green tea. The flavor is a well balanced blend of malt and citrus hops with green tea taste that is definitely there but is not overpowering. I was not sure tea would work in a beer, but it does here. Unusual and quite good.

Sample at 2008 Indy Microbrewers Fest - Aroma or grassy hops, green tea and a touch of lemon zest. Pours cloudy gold with a nice head. Flavor matches with some grapefruit showing up. Palate is crisp and dry. Unique and tasty.

Growler: Brought back to me from my boy Josh, thanks man. Murky orange pour with a big white head. The nose on this thing is absolutely ridiculous...pleasant citrus aroma with notes of grapefruit, banana, green tea, bread dough and soft floral hops...in no way overpowering. Medium bodied mouth feel gives way to a blast of sweet, bready malts, light citrus, honey, floral hops and the finish brings out the green tea notes. Very nice brew from a new brewery in this fine state. Kudos!

Indiana Microbrewers Festival: Hazy golden beer with aroma’s of green tea, lime, grapefruit, floral hops, wheat and biscuity malts. The taste has a nice twang and backed by sublime malt and mild bitters. The finish is where this shines and you get the green tea flavor and dryness. The mouth feel is crisp and very refreshing in general. Mikey Likey this one a lot. Very different and cool.
