Sampled at the Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer at Goose Island, Nov.11, 2005. Hazy deep brown with a ligh off-white head. Light sweet vanilla aroma. In mouth, bland sweet malt, almost corny with light hops, some vanilla beans but this is not an oud bruin!
