Commercial Description:

Bottled. A murky dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty, but very light. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of perfume and wheat - somewhat odd, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, deep golden with a tiny, white head. Spicy, gingery aroma. Medium body, very spicy with soapy accents - lavender and ginger. Somewhat astringent finish. 171207

Bottled. Hazy deep golden, brief head. Sweaty butterscotch with lemon and licorice. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. More strange than refreshing.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with an almost fully diminished white head. Caramel malty and ginger. Flavour is slight sweet mlty and with gingernote on top, some cardemomme too is seems. Finish is slight soapy in flavour not in mouthfeel. Too much ginger for my liking.

Bottle at Le Quincampe, Paris
Hazy blond color. It has a strong aroma like hemp beers, and some hazelnuts. It has a quite mellow texture, with light sweetness, a light hemp flavor, a bit soapy and flowery; citrusy?. There is very little wheat character; at the end there is some malt aftertaste and enough bitterness, also light camomile. Refreshing, not bad, but very strange.
