Commercial Description:

bottle, received from a friend (Merci, Tommy!). Golden/amber colour, small fluffy head, cloudy. Aroma of fruit, malt and spices. Slightly malty flavour, quite spicy with flavours of herbs, cinnamon, cardamon and a touch of mint. Hoppy background. The finish is rather dry and pleasantly bitter. Yeasty character.

Tap Mondial. Corriander, wheat and yeast aroma, murky yellow, pours a small white head. Tasty spice/wheat combo, pears, and white plums. Light bodied, balanced, refreshing. Unique for the style.

Hazy yellow gold hue, with an off-white head, with a fruity citrus nose, with caramel and wheat malts, spicy coriander and a beautiful lilac perfume in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with some caramelized malts, wheaten accent, a sweet maple syrup note, candied citrus fruits character of lemon, spicy coriander, juniper and camomile herbs, leading towards a sweet fruity and a touch of bitterness in the finish.

Hazy darker yellow coloured beer with little carbonation and an average but diminishing white head. Very herby aroma with some malty and yeasty touches. Full sprankling palate. Finish is herby, malty yeasty with some light fruity touches. Not bad.
