Good lacing white head slowly diminishes atop the deep golden, cloudy hue. Genuinely unfiltered. Well extracted tasty, grainy malts with a firm bite of herbal hops for its size. Gentle cerealic flavors pair along the floral hops. After bedondaine’s seme ta graine, I’m not as much reminded of breakfast, but this could be a nice day starter, I really dig flavorful cerealic malts with flowery hop perfumes these days. This one is fully grainy through and through, but this works well thanks to a strongly supportive medium body, fleshy and crisp. Rather mineral finish, but aptly dry. Gentle huskiness, light backing tartness. A complex little blonde frankly. Be merciful guys, this is a great example of how brewpub blondes can be holders of character.

Golden color with a white head. I am not a fan of blond ales, but this one is a good example. With its malty grain flavor with some sweet caramel added, I would have this one again with pleasure.

My Bottom Line:
Fresh cereal permeates this crisp blond ale drying out right after having built a chewy, quenching body. This is a good pint to introduce your dark color-weary friends to craft beer.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the clear golden gown.
-The base maltiness returns in the aftertaste, to the pleasure of all tastebuds.
-A little caramel is whipped up by the omnipresent cereal.
-The 2-row, wheat, and rye combine seamlessly, and rather straightforwardly.

On tap at the brewpub.

Clear blonde pour with a medium, creamy, white head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Good aroma of rye and yeast. Good flavor of chewy malt, rye, spices and yeast. The body is medium with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation.

Bright yellow gold color, with a white head, sweet malty graininess nose, with a predominance of rye cereal with a yeasty accent of bubblegum, crystal malt, hint of fruitiness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice yeasty bubblegum character, hint of honeyness, note of aromatic herbs, crystal malt, leading towards a floral hops bitternes finish.
