| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 26, 2009 341 mL bottle from trade with JulienHuxley. Amber with very little head. Lovely aroma of fresh floral hops, brown sugar, and black pepper. Taste doesn’t quite live up to the aroma, but is still good, with hops, caramel and spice. Kinda like a hopped up London Pride or Speckled Hen. Some bitterness in the finish. Appropriate carbonation. Good, but I bet it would be very good on tap.
