Brau Brothers Vanilla Bean Cream Stout

On draught during Winterfest 2009 in St Paul, Minnesota. Pours an opaque dark brown brew with a thin tan head that quickly dissipates nearly clean. Aroma of toasted dark malt, some corn, vanilla oatmeal and a touch of dark chocolate. Taste is full bodied, very lightly carbonated with flavors of toasted oatmeal malt, some light cream, a hint of vanilla and a touch of milk chocolate. Finish is smooth with a mild roasted and semi-sweet dark malt aftertaste. Was expecting some extra vanilla flavor but could just barely pick it out.
