Slightly yeasty and fruity, bready taste with light herbal notes; malt-accented, moderately sweet finish with a good dash of balancing hoppy bitterness. Flavor is moderate sweet to light heavy and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Fruity flavor (apricot) at first, but with a firm flowery and earthy hopbitterness powering through, that lingers on in the aftertaste. Fruity roasted malt and raisins in the nose, full bodied and sweet in the mouth with a gentle roasted malt bitterness and noticable alcohol. Gentle fruity finish with a balancing hoppiness.
