Golden colour with solid head. Grassy hops in aroma and lightly malty. Flavour is grassy hoppy up front with chewy mouthfeel, maybe due to a balanced carbonation.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (070908)

Aug 9, 2008 (7/2/08) Bottle at the brewpub in Merkendorf. Aroma of malt, grainy notes and a bit of hay. Sweetish and slightly grainy flavor with mild bitterness in the finish. Decent.
