Cool and Kitschy brewpub. Menu says Zwickel (unfiltered.) Pale lightly cloudy yellow with moderate carbonation and ring of fine head. Aroma light yeast sweet malt. Interesting mouth texture and very light taste of pale malt and faint hop bite on finish. Solid and average.

Oct 26, 2008 Biggish white head leaves lacing as it subsides. Hazy almost opaque yellow body. Fruity milky aroma with honeyish notes. Dry-sweetish fruity yeasty herbal taste with honeyish milky grassy notes. Fizzy, sharp mouthfeel. Dry mealy fruity herbal aftertaste. Very nice and drinkable. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)
Maria (4725), Thisted, Denmark
Oct 2, 2008 Draught at Waldschlösschen. It’s unclear golden with a creamy head. The aroma is mild with light notes of malt, grain and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, butterscotch, light fruit and the finish is lightly dry and citrussy. It’s smooth, nice and well balanced.
