Came out of the bottle by itself. Slightly hazy amber color, moderate white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of hops. Flavor is malt and hops and fruit. Boring, but not bad. pilsnerrogge (1622), Finspång, Sweden Aug 21, 2008 <i>Bottled as Næsgaarden Classic (5.2 %)</i><br /> Pours amber with a slight haze. Rich and foamy head. Fruity aroma with sour and peaty notes; infected? Sharp carbonation. Flavour is somewhat fruity with notes of oranges, apricots and sour sulphur.<br />Another infected beer from Braunstein. Rune (1839), Tromsø, Norway Jun 9, 2008 500ml bottle as <i>Næsgaarden Classic</i>. Thanks to Skinnyviking. Hazy dark golden body. Moderate white head. Mild floral aroma. Honey and citrus in flavour with malts behind. Creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonated. Rather dull (shared with Finn Arvid, Copenhagen 30.05.2008).
