<i>Bottled as " Næsgaarden Mørk"</i> Pours mahogany with a large, airy head. Somewhat sour aroma with notes of toffee and chocolate. Thin mouth-feel. Slightly sour flavour with notes of dry cocoa and peat. Bitter finish. If I get the chance I will try to re-rate this one as it seems a bit infected.

Oct 20, 2008 <i> <b> Bottle picked up in Denmark, September 2008 </i> </b> Pours dark reddy/amber in colour with an off white bubbly head. Bit nutty, slightly sour, some fruit and maltiness, quite a decent tangy beer, I didn’t mind this but tired of it after a while.

Medium body with a bitterfinish.

Sep 14, 2008 Clear deep amber with beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet fruity flavour with toasted malt and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear nutbrown beer with a big off-white head. The aroma is caramel with notes of chocolate. I sence a little sourness. The flavor is malts with toffee and some bitterness at the end. Below average. Besides the fact of cold cash i do not understand the concept of launching the same beer under 2 different brewery names.
