Yellow color, small steady head. Sweet malty, a bit papery nose. Sweet malty, cardboardish with some harsh hops. Typical "I don’t wanna drink this more" -ecologic lager.

Bottle, bought @ Irma, Industriens Hus, Cph.
Pours pale golden with a big, frothy, off-white head. Lots of bubbles. Aroma is citric, sweet malts, light fruity oranges. High carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly tart, oranges, some sweet malts. Lightly bitter grass hops note. Lightly infected, not very exciting.

Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt with some continental hops and a little DMS. Sweet and malty flavour with a good hop flavour, a little DMS and a bitter finish. Very solid interpretation, somewhere between German and Czech pilsner.

Draught. [Beer festival 2009] Huge bubbly white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Somewhat clear golden color. Aroma of dusty grain light grassy hoppy and floral notes as well. Mild toffee like feel. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light bitter finish.

Flaske: Mere orange end gul. Maltet duft, og en forholdsvis kraftig malt der overdøver humlen. Betsemt ikke en frisk øl som de reklamere med. Men fejlfri og drikbar.

EBF2008. It’s a warm golden beer and the aroma has notes of malt and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and malty notes of caramel, light fruit and butterscotch, and it reminds me of a fresh German beer from tap.

A fresh lager with a strange acidic aroma, you wouldn’t normally expect from that kind of beer. The taste is dominated by the acid in the beginning, but a bitter aftertaste soon takes over. Nice to try, but not something I would buy again. I only bought it because it’s organic = +1 overall.
