Hazy brown colour. Sweet candy aroma. Scents of dried cherries, apricots, etc come through. Flavour is similarly sweet with a degree of spiciness coming through.

33 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours slight hazy orange to brown with a lacing white head. Oldish malt aroma. Flavour is dried fruit on top of a nice malt bed. Sweet and filling. Finish is much like dried raisins, dried without being too dry. Nice finish.

A deep red beer with lots of sediment floating around under a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of berries, fruit, wood, and malt. The flavor is seet malty with primary notes of berries, but also lighter notes of wood towards the end - which makes the end dry. The alcohol leaves a slight burn behind.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a slightly hazy orangey brown with a small, dense, off-white head. Port like aroma. Solid and full body with notes of roasted malt and dried fruit - like raisins in rum - and then again these accents of sweet dessert wine. Very discreet bitterness. Neat. 280906
