| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 15, 2004 Old gold, clear; thick white fluffy head. Dry, candi sugar, sweet nose, also dry tobacco. Dry taste, typical Van Steenberge imprint, aromatic but not really pleasing. Spicey finish, but unremarkable. Sticky, dry mouthfeel, not very well attenuated for a triple. This is just too much Van Steenberge hard mould to be really enjoyable. It’s like a caricature of itself. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark
