Banana esters and vanilla ice cream flow through a grassy and citrusy hop cologne in this lively and creamy Tripel.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A rocky, mountainous head of foam laces all around the cloudy beige golden.
-Carbonation is fluffy and active, as one would expect from this Belgian style.
-The mouthfeel is reasonably full, yet the overall effect is quite drinkable.
-Alcohol is not a factor in the flavor profile.
-The wheel has not been reinvented here, it’s just been replicated flawlessly. This was a mighty tasty surprise!

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 25, 2007 Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a huge pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of Belgian malt with some light spices which may include white pepper. Taste is a well balance mix between some semi-sweet Belgian malt, spices and light yeasty finish. Body is quite full with some excellent carbonation and no alcohol was detected. Nothing earth shattering to be found here but very good in any case. bask (305), Leuven, Belgium
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Aug 11, 2005 Golden color with a medium white head. Lot’s of little bubbles. Broad aroma, hoppy (orange, abricot) with a malty undertone. The taste is fruity, with a nice sweet finish. I like this one. SHIG (2046), Aviano, Italy
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Bottle: Poured a copper color with an off white color head. The aroma is sweet and almost veggy like to my nose, possible fruit in there as well. Nice sweet malt with that suttle fruit and spice, finish was just hoppy enough to bring real character to this triple!
