Oct 9, 2009 On-tap at Breakwater. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head and specks of lace. Smells sweet and bready and yeasty with some malts, light spices and clove. Tastes very sweet and bready and yeasty with clove and some sweet spices. Some alcohol and dish water on the finish. Medium body, coats the mouth, vibrant, fizzy carbonation.

Jun 17, 2009 without pouring vigorously, this simply appears to be an extremely cloudy yellow-orange beverage of some sort - almost ugly, but everything else comes to the rescue; bittersweet and somewhat salty - citrus, spice, and definitely a nice aftertaste, like sourdough bread dipped in some simple, creamy, and sweet nutmeg/cookie concoction; overall good - even with that gnat I found dead in the head.
