Sep 8, 2009 Bomber from the Village Market into glass. Poured an orangey amber with a little off-white head. The smell was slight, warm and a little piney. The flavor felt very watered down for a "double hopped, DIPA" and was more malty than hoppy to me. A little bitter in the finish over the palate. A smooth drinker but I’m still disappointed about the lack of hops in this one.

Aug 29, 2009 Sleek 12oz bottle courtesy Cavie poured elegantly into a snifter. The pour is hazy orange... almost orange like a crayon but a bit darker - kinda creepy... and a moderate white head to boot. A pretty tame aroma of sweet bread, a touch of citrus hops, and a hint of alcohol. The flavor is somewhat tame as well - sweet and malty with a touch of orange peel and crackers... not much of the hops except the dry hinting at bitter finish. The mouthfeel is pretty hefty but with good carbonation.

Hoppy aroma. White head. Golden coloured and very hoppy with a little sweetness. Some dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

Very hoppy aroma. Amber coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Strong in alcohol fruity and hoppy. Creamy on the palate with some dryness in a crisp and bitter lasting malt finish.

Aug 8, 2009 Clear bronze pour with a nice white head, good retention and decent looking lace. Aroma is floral hops, citrus, slightly peachy. Flavor is spicy at the beginning, then sweet, bitter finish. Pine, caramel. Medium body with a smoothness to it, moderate low carbonation and slight alcohol warming at the end. A decent IIPA.

Aug 6, 2009 Poured yellow/orange, with white head. Smelled of grapefruity hops, and tasted of good hops at the beginning but fades too quickly. Tasted more like a regular IPA, not enough hops.

Aug 4, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Decent IIPA, but not the best by a long shot. Pours a slightly yeasty orange/red with little head. Aroma is somewhat muted, mostly on flowery hops and with some sweetish malt coming through. Flavor is more in line, with a nice, citrus and pine hop attack, followed by some cereally malt in the middle, and a good, bitter, acidic finish that lasts for a fair time. Palate is medium.

Aug 4, 2009 Compliments of our beer Pimp Brian, shared with uncle Steve, the Hop Prince3 celticbrew, and the Lord of the lagers, Drbayern.
Poured a dark yellow with a nice, thick, lacy head. Aroma was a citrus hop and the mouth feel was thick. It made for an easy drinking beer as it coated your mouth. Nice hops taste, with a wonderful bittering hop on the backside.

Aug 2, 2009 Golden amber with a lacing head. Not much of an aroma from my pour. Flavor though was excellent. Very malty start with a big hop end. Finishes very dry with a good bit of an alcohol bite.
