jakerainey (1), Houston, Texas, USA does not count Jun 7, 2007 I disagree with Tejas. I thought this beer was amazing. I was at the Flying Saucer when they tapped it along with an Avery IPA Cask.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Saucer and both of these breweries. bu11zeye (3573), Frisco, Texas, USA May 27, 2007 (Draught, Flying Saucer - Addison) Pours a clear amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of bourbon, wood, and grapefruit. Flavor of bourbon, grapefruit juice, hops, and lots of alcohol (hot). Tejas (568), Dallas, Texas, USA May 19, 2007 Draught > Flying Saucer, Addison. Special occassion was Flying Saucer execs. had all their mgrs. and brewery reps in town. Too bad they didn’t bring a good beer with them. This was awful and that’s being nice. Flat, sour tasting, and harsh on the palate. Just bad overall.
