Sep 3, 2008 A solid wheat! Bottle from Cortez, CO. A nice level of cloudiness gives way to a full - not sharp and very smooth - wheat flavor with only mild lemon zest around the edges. Yeast is also surprisingly low-profile.

Aug 31, 2008 a truly different taste not too bad the wheat flavor is predominate with the after taste of the agave stimulating the palate. Not something I would make a habit out of but interesting. 12 oz bottle

Aug 26, 2008 Updated: Aug 27, 2008Bottle -> Imperial pint glass. Crisp bordering on sour hoppy aroma. Poured a cloudy, dark golden color, with a short head which retreated quickly. no lacing whatsoever. Fairly traditional wheat flavor, with citrus and grass notes, while the agave initially presents a barely noticeable passion fruit-like flavor. As the beer goes down, a spice becomes present in the back of my throat, which I attribute to the agave.
The palate is thin and ever so slightly oily, with a mild carbonation buzz for the tongue.

Aug 25, 2008 hmmm, this was actually one heck of a surprise ... has some nice refreshing flavours ... an enjoyable mouthfeel ... pours a dusty orange colour ... low head 4 a wheat ... pretty well balanced ... it is abit thin ... this is a beach beer... can’t really detect anything different in this brew...

Aug 24, 2008 bottle - Pours hazy gold with a one finger, quickly fading head. The aroma is mainly wheat malt and some yeast. The flavor is sweet wheat, a touch of citrus, and what I guess is the agave. It’s light bodied and has a mild, dry finish. Not bad... the agave is kind of interesting, but the result is nothing special...

Aug 18, 2008 Pours cloudy light golden with a mostly receding wispy white head. Aroma of agave, citrus, coriander. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lively carbonation. Not impressed.

Aug 15, 2008 Bottle shared by B-ill, so I can thank him for now knowing what agave tastes like. The beer pours an unufiltered-looking golden color with a thin and soapy white head that dissipates quickly. Wheat and agave in the nose. Light-bodied with a citrusy character and wheat and spice in the background. The finish is clean and fruity with a sweet honey aftertaste. I would probably have this over tequila but that is not saying a lot.

Aug 11, 2008 Hazy orange color, thin white head. Light carbonation. Aroma is of grain. Flavor is light an drinkable. The agave is barely there, way in the background. The flavor is nice. I could drink a lot, but not the best wheat ever.
