May 31, 2008 Hazy light yellow-orange body, thin off-white head. Light tart, grassy nose with hay and dry bready malts in addition to a hint of lemon. Grassy, tart, lemony body, light, and refreshing. Sharp carbonation. Nothing too crazy here.

May 31, 2008 Beautiful, lemon, orange, cloudy appearance. 1 inch pure white head. Aroma of spice, and wheat. Strong wheat germ flavor, only a little sweet. Flavor is a little spritzy, very much wheat, and citrus, with some plant stem. Mouthfeel is carbonated and bright. Goes down a little sharp., that must be the agave nectar.

May 29, 2008 This wheat beer pours a slightly pinkish yellow gold color. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and grain, with a distinct fruitiness. The agave flavor is in the background, it definitely is there, but is more in the background. The hops are slightly spicy. Nice carbonation. Interesting beer, very drinkable summer ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

May 29, 2008 slightly golden hazy yellow. Lacing on the glass. Slightly sweet (agave), light fruit flavors of lemon and a touch of thickness on the end. A not too bad summer brew. And a sweet label.

May 29, 2008 Cloudy golden color with a moderate off-white head. Dry wheat and damp cellar scents. Not much for the nose. After a while I think I am detecting some nectar, but I might just be trying to hard. Light sweet start with mild malt, grain and light honey. SLightly floral in the middle. I do catch a bit of agave in the finish and linger, but not enough to make this anything special.

May 25, 2008 Slightly cloudy, straw colored pour with a 1 finger white head. Grassy aroma with a hint of sweetness, lemon and spice. Mildly sweet malt flavor with notes of citrus, yeast, esters, and a light semi-sweet fruit character (the agave nectar i guess). Has a touch of spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Medium-thin body.
