jeremytoni (1069), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Nov 1, 2008 From a bottle poured a hazy amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice sweat flavor cirusy with a quick finish. smooch (95), Sylvania, Ohio, USA Oct 31, 2008 Good, but different. You can definitely tell that there is something different going on. A little zing at the end, but not so much that it ruins what is otherwise a decent beer. A nice alternative. jujubeast6000 (772), Houston, Texas, USA Oct 29, 2008 (bottle): Pours a cloudy pale orange-yellow.body. Some white head but quickly gone. Sweet aroma, some hops, some hay? Some bitterness. Nutty taste, sweet. Almost a slick mouthfeel. Some fizziness. Almost a vegetably taste or something. Some fruit souness. Blah. KAggie97 (2406), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA Oct 25, 2008 Bottle. Quick, alert the police! Someone stole the agave from every bottle in the six-pack I bought! The perp left a beer that pours like mustard-yellow sewer water with a skunky aroma of sour rotten vegetables and refuse water. Surely the missing agave would compensate for the mild lemon-tinged hops and watery mouthfeel this brew has without it. popephred (193), Plainfield, Illinois, USA Oct 25, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a hazy, light golden body, topped by a quickly diminishing small head of white foam. Aroma is citrus with light notes of wheat. Light to medium bodied with a tart edge that quickly fades. Palate is strongly citrus with a dull aftertaste on the sides of the tongue. llcooldave (309), San Antonio, Texas, USA Oct 25, 2008 Cloudy lemon yellow in color. The head is reminiscent of foamy egg whites. Nice citrus tang on the palate with an interesting cardboard aroma as a juxtaposition. Overall, an slightly above average wheat but nothing that knocked my socks off. rederic (1785), montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 24, 2008 On tap at the Denver location, cloudy white blonde hue, with a small white head, yeasty, gingerbread nose, with a hint of honeyed wheaty, pale malt, with a mild citrusy aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with yeasty, fruity, light zestiness character, with some honeyed wheat malts, with a lime, peachy, accent, seems to be the agave, a hint of spiciness, leading towards a faint fuity lime, lingering hop bitterness finish. pantani (1894), Salinas, California, USA Oct 23, 2008 Bottle from Dad. Light foggy gold, white head. Aroma is wheat, light citrus, lime like not- No agave showing. Taste is wheat, light citrus, faint agave which adds an accent but not enough for me to put it in the name. It’s not bad, but nothing I would want when it’s cold outside.
