Commercial Description:
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

On draft at Old Eagle Tavern. Poured hazy gold with minimal head. Funky sour, yeasty flavor. Meh.

Pale yellow pour with litle head, Malt aroma with some funk. I did not hate this beer, but I will not have it again. Not my idea of a go to wheat beer on tap locally.

Bottle from variety Pack. Slightly Cloudy, golden color, no head, no lacing but nice weizen aroma. Very sharp lemon and lime tastes that stays on the tongue after the carbonation passes. A remarkable wheat. Can’t say I pick up Agave, as I would not know it, but the beer is very thirst quenching and has a clean finish.

Sweet spicy nose. Cloudy burnt gold color. Sweet, but not intensely so....seemed pretty complex for a Wheat beer. Heavier bodied, but the carbonation cut through. Finished nicely. Wasn’t expecting much, but this is a pretty decent beer.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head that is quite thin... Aroma is slightly sour, with a very slight hoppiness... Tastes is a wee bit tart up front which i like, but the finish is a bit unsettling... Interesting beer

12oz, bottle, not terribly bad, not terribly great, nothing standoutish... taste is of a wheat beer with some sweetness type note coming through.... aftertaste is something tequila like... but not in a good way.

Draught at tap room in Breck. Neon piss color and non-transparent. No head. Very citrus and sweet aroma. Sweet and light hop flavor. No balance. Light bitter lingers.
