Commercial Description:
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a hazy typically carbonated light yellow-orange colored body. The mild aroma was bready and dough. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of bread dough and mild hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Poured a murky golden color with a medium sized white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of agave, citrus fruits, wheat, honey, and light toast. Taste of citrus, tart wheat, a light toffee sweetness, with a dry finish. I’d dig this as a summer beer, may have to grab a case.

Draught at All Colorado Beer Festival, and later from a bottle. Pours hazy yellow with an average, frothy, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, hay, straw), light hops (citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of coriander and pepper. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Cloudy yellow. White head. Corn, honey and agave nectar in the aroma. A little lemony too. Flavor is sweet and refreshing. Subtle agave flavors with some light lemon and yeast.

In the bottle from Beertopia. This is much ado about nothing. The wheaty flavor couches a bit of lemon citrus and lime flavors, but this could have been so much more had they used more agave. Just not daring enough. I’ll pass.

A good looking wheat beer. Opaque orange with lots of yeast and protein. Slightly acidic aroma, with yeast and wheat. Surprisingly sour flavor, with wheat and some bubblegum, more yeast, and definitely a vegetable character that I will call agave. It drinks pretty good, and is best very cold.
