The aroma is lemon bread dough with some poppies. The taste is light lemon bread with some hints of clove spice in the finish. Kind of doughy tasting. A decent brew, but I didnt’ get much from that agave. A decent wheat beer. beerguy101 (3971), Newark, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 29, 2008 This wheat beer pours a slightly pinkish yellow gold color. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and grain, with a distinct fruitiness. The agave flavor is in the background, it definitely is there, but is more in the background. The hops are slightly spicy. Nice carbonation. Interesting beer, very drinkable summer ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. BBB63 (4274), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 22, 2008 Bottle bought at Greens: Hazy golden hue with an okay fizzy head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of juicy fruit bubblegum, wheat, clove, and yeasty esters. The taste is lemony and apricot fruit over wheat and pale malt. Quite acidic and overpowers the yeast. The mouth feel is lively and refreshing. Not too shabby, drinkable. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada
