The beer pours an unufiltered-looking golden color with a thin and soapy white head that dissipates quickly. Wheat and agave in the nose. Light-bodied with a citrusy character and wheat and spice in the background. The finish is clean and fruity with a sweet honey aftertaste. I would probably have this over tequila but that is not saying a lot. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA

There’s a slightly sweet fruitiness to the beer that I"m going to assume comes from the agave. I can see the similarity to that disgusting can of pulque I had a few years ago. This is far from disgusting, but perhaps a little sweet for a session beer. jaymobrown (1360), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 6, 2008 I’d say that the agave is mostly in name only. I had a mix six pack that I had randomly and I didn’t even note any other tastes except the wheat, yeast, malt, etc. Overall, it wasn’t that bad. Very clean. Light notes of citrus with some grain flavors. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 23, 2008 Bottle from Dad. Light foggy gold, white head. Aroma is wheat, light citrus, lime like not- No agave showing. Taste is wheat, light citrus, faint agave which adds an accent but not enough for me to put it in the name. It’s not bad, but nothing I would want when it’s cold outside. jmikolich (405), Athens, Ohio, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 7, 2008 Although I didn’t notice even a hint on an aroma, it was a nice looking beer in the glass: misty pale golden color with lots going on in the glass. Taste was relatively simple, but refreshing. The strangest thing about this beer is that even after having drank an entire 6-pack I have still have no idea what ’agave’ tastes like. If ’agave’ is in this beer, it is pretty darn faint. Enjoy, but don’t expect to be impressed. 1010 (209), Marysville, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Sep 17, 2009 Pours a golden hue with a white head. Does not taste much like a wheat beer because its more flowery.

A little offensive on the initial sip, but then it settles in. Very fruity and corn-like. Worth a try, refreshing. Hazy in appearance, and somewhat darker than most wheats.
