The aroma is full of sweet malts, some honey, citrus and wheat. The flavor is pretty basic, but nice; lots of wheat and some honey, the agave is interesting, I guess it gives it a bit of coolness. The palate is pretty light and very fizzy. Thanks Richard. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 31, 2008 Pours a very delicate hazy orange, very cloudy with a small frothy white head. Wheaty cereal grain nose. Very light and extremely drinkable. The agave is barely detectable, but lies in the background with just the slightest hint of guava. Overall very drinkable with hints of banana, but not overly complex. beerchugger (301), Colorado, USA

The head is rather small for a wheat beer. Smells of light fruit and spice. The flavor really doesn’t have any character to it, but it still pretty decent. Tastes of sweet lemons, a hint of agave, and some grain as well. Kenbeer30 (41), Texas, USA

Is it odd to any of you that the Breckenridge brewery is not located in Breckenridge, but rather is in Denver? Anyway... This beer is a bit hazy on the pour and makes an off-white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is of fruit cake or sweet bread. Flavor is sweet fruity, but not any perceptible fruit. Perhaps the agave nectar is the flavor, but I don’t know. Curious that agave is basically a cactus that has the nectar pulled off and the carbohydrates turned into a sugar. A bit runnier than honey, but odd plant to chose to put in a wheat. I liked this beer. It was what I call "Good-Not-Great". Grizzle (49), Lawrence, Kansas, USA

Poured a cloudy, dark golden color, with a short head which retreated quickly. no lacing whatsoever. Fairly traditional wheat flavor, with citrus and grass notes, while the agave initially presents a barely noticeable passion fruit-like flavor. As the beer goes down, a spice becomes present in the back of my throat, which I attribute to the agave.
The palate is thin and ever so slightly oily, with a mild carbonation buzz for the tongue. mcjay (303), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA
