Commercial Description:
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Pours a slightly hazy bright golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly pale semi-sweet malts. Body starts with an average viscosity and mild pale malty sweetness with a touch of grain and light agave character. Finishes drier and more bitter, but overall, pretty bland.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a medium white head that retains pretty well and laces the glass.

The aroma is lemoney fruit (agave?) and wheat.

The flavor is pretty bland - a little acidic fruit and some metallic malts. It improves some as it warms. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery.

Overall, this is not so good. FCB’s Major Tom’s is a much better beer in this style.

Opaque and buff in color with a frothy but quick head. Doughy wheat aroma with a hint of sour fruit. Thick in body but low in carbonation. Dull wheat flavor with a gritty finish. Has a mellow tangy note but not much else in the way of agave.

The aroma is only tolerable with what I can only guess is agave to go along with wheat, malted barley, yeast, and a touch of sour lactic bacteria. The appearance is very nice white gold with a foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma with a multigrain finish. The palate is thick and smooth. Overall this is interesting but not good.

Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a white head. Aroma is malty, some wheat, sugary, and some peppery hops. Flavor is wheaty, sugary, and peppery hop finish.

Slightly cloudy amber pour with small head. Decent wheat beer, hopping seems about right, agave gives an interesting note. Somehow it just doesn’t quite all work together. Buy a single not a sixer.

Pours an odd semi hazy yellowish orange with a quickly fading white head. Smell is slightly sour almost funkiness, and wheat, with a bit of lemon in there as well. Flavor is extremely bland aside from the tartness that feels like a ton of lemon juice was squeezed into a regular lager. The agave gives it an odd mustiness, that I don’t particularly care for. Interesting, but not really good. A bit thin as well.

Pours golden with white head. Slightly sweet aroma. Flavor sweet with little body.
