Beaver (500), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA May 23, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a medium white head that retains pretty well and laces the glass.

The aroma is lemoney fruit (agave?) and wheat.

The flavor is pretty bland - a little acidic fruit and some metallic malts. It improves some as it warms. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery.

Overall, this is not so good. FCB’s Major Tom’s is a much better beer in this style.
jeremytoni (638), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Nov 1, 2008 From a bottle poured a hazy amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice sweat flavor cirusy with a quick finish. smooch (29), Sylvania, Ohio, USA Oct 31, 2008 Good, but different. You can definitely tell that there is something different going on. A little zing at the end, but not so much that it ruins what is otherwise a decent beer. A nice alternative. jujubeast6000 (551), Houston, Texas, USA Oct 29, 2008 (bottle): Pours a cloudy pale orange-yellow.body. Some white head but quickly gone. Sweet aroma, some hops, some hay? Some bitterness. Nutty taste, sweet. Almost a slick mouthfeel. Some fizziness. Almost a vegetably taste or something. Some fruit souness. Blah. KAggie97 (2023), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA Oct 25, 2008 Bottle.
Quick, alert the police! Someone stole the agave from every bottle in the six-pack I bought! The perp left a beer that pours like mustard-yellow sewer water with a skunky aroma of sour rotten vegetables and refuse water. Surely the missing agave would compensate for the mild lemon-tinged hops and watery mouthfeel this brew has without it. popephred (141), Plainfield, Illinois, USA Oct 25, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a hazy, light golden body, topped by a quickly diminishing small head of white foam. Aroma is citrus with light notes of wheat. Light to medium bodied with a tart edge that quickly fades. Palate is strongly citrus with a dull aftertaste on the sides of the tongue.
