Initial aroma was more coffee like then grain, ,this was soon overtaken by a rich whipped caramel, thought I was actually smelling a porter, taste was like I had put a piece of choclate cake in my mouth and swallowed a sip of coffee to wash it down .thinner then all that description would indicate, but finally a substantial, decent Breckenridge product. What country has an Oktoberfest like this. Thanks LtJudge

Pours out a clear, but very dark brown color with a small/medium tan head. Aroma of sweet caramel, toffee and vanilla. Tastes just like it smells. This is a very nice blend of the flavors mentioned that is sweet to the slightly bitter end. A nice mouth feel for this medium bodied brew, as it is not watery and leaves a warming path to your stomach. A very nice suprise as I was not expecting much. I bought one bottle on a whim and I will now go look for a six packer!

Pours the color of cola or root beer. Small head. Faint leafy aroma, with hints of oak. The brew is dark in the glass like a stout, but mild in flavor.

Starts with a full compliment of rich malt flavor that smooths almost instantly into a coppery/sweet middle. Finishes with a hint of hoppiness and a mild/warm alcohol tone. A well-balanced beer - almost like drinking a handful of leaves on a Fall day!
