Clear copper color with two fingers of off white head that laced the glass. Aroma was of malty caramel and a touch of butter. Flavor was similar with the addition of malty cereal grain and subdued grape. Crisp and dry on the tongue. theisti (1693), Leawood, Kansas, USA

Not really much flavor in this one, though did detect some malt. I thought my glass had been dirty, but first tasted same as second. Nothing special. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA

Hazey light amber color. Generous carbonation and lacing, but only a thin white crown. Aroma was just a little bit of malt. Flavor was fruity with some detectable caramel malt extract. There was only a slight bitterness in the finish. Average body. This beer was pretty disappointing for me. I felt that it lacked aroma, flavor, and character.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2006 It’s a nice looking amber with a small off-white head. Downhill from there. Slightly sour aroma. A rather watery, flat feel and doesn’t have much character in taste. Almost comparable to a light beer. Not a bargain at the price I paid either. jimvy (131), O’Fallon, Missouri, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 2, 2006 On tap at Breckenridge Pub 9/28/06. Very light copper color, extremely clear. Thin head. Aroma, very light malt - no hops. Flavor - soft maltiness with medium hops, sharp bitterness in the finish. Overall, a little more bitter than I like for an amber. Nothing particularly nice about it. iskirwan1 (66), monument, Colorado, USA
