| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 10, 2004 This is bad. Cloudy, brownish red pour with a thin white head. Strange aroma, sour grapes, oily, somewhat hoppy and basically skunky. Worse taste, strong, metallic, sour grapes, almost lambic like. The overall consistency was good with a good carbonation zing. Bitter aftertaste, but not a good bitter, sour. Pass it up. steview (902), Los Angeles, California, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 29, 2004 Dark amber color with a smaller off white head. Sweet almonds and caramel aromas. Somewhat grainy and earthy in flavor. Yeah, I know, it’s an amber. Just another one that does little to incite the senses. obisbeer (558), Barcelona, Spain
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 27, 2004 Light golden amber with small white head. Malt nose with faint hops. Med weight with a drying finish. Light carmel, malt, and faint hops....Pretty average. Mangino (1027), Mississippi, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 24, 2004 Pours a dark red/orange, small white head towards the edges. Aroma of Malt and rusting metal. Flavor is malty, and a little spicy. Palate is thin. Thanks to Heemer for this one. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Nov 23, 2004 Bad beer. I could tell you why it’s bad but it’s not worth the time. Just humor me. This is bad beer. Norton (296), The Fan, Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 22, 2004 Draft. Muddy dark bronze. Slightly creamy semi-whispy white head which lasted for duration. Interesting bite on the back of my mouth, somewhat metallic yet disturbingly appealing. Silky smooth texture yet toasty & woody flavor dominates. Not bitter. Color me wacky but I thought this was decent. Crosling (1854), Loveland, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 20, 2004 Amber. From the smell, I can already tell that this is going to be a dreadful experience. Exclusive malt tones of toffee, caramel, pale and caramel malts. Not much hop presense in the aroma and into the flavor. Tastes of sweet malts and the atributes of pale and caramel malts. Fairly simple and one dimensional, but this is drinkable.
