Alcoholist (570), Peoria, Illinois, USA Mar 7, 2005 Dark brown with a frothy beige head. Very malty with alcohol very apparent in the nose. Flavour is sweet, spicy with an acidic, warming finish.
oreogobbler (139), Austin, Texas, USA Jul 27, 2008 Pours a thin almost clear light brown. Strong rye aroma with some cloves the peak a bit as it warms up along with some liquorish. Tangy spice flavor with some nuttyness, but then it dies down to merky water. Palate is thin, the beer is boring. phishpond417 (1418), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jul 21, 2008 Pours a dark reddish copper colour with a medium size tan head.
