Apr 13, 2005 Light gold color, slightly hazy. Small white foamy head. Aroma is malt, slightly fruity and a touch lemony. Light to medium bodied wheat beer. Malts are mild, slightly lemony, touch of lemon and clove. Not a lot of flavor in this one. Not bad, but kind of bland. Way to lemonish and fizzy. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is neutral.

Mar 22, 2005 On tap. Cloudy gold, off white/white head. Aroma of lemons, some wheatiness. Taste is mildly wheaty and somewhat tart, with lemony flavors. Finish is nice, mouthfeel wise, but light on taste. By the way, no lemon was added to my beer.

Mar 19, 2005 Thanks for the trade. Poured a hazy yellow, good midlevel carbonation. White head, not huge not small, nice sized. Head did not last, and there was decent lacing. Nose was mostly yeast, with some citric as well. taste was good. Nothing over the top, some yeast, some lemon, good smoothness, mouth feel was good for the style. Why such low scores?

Feb 4, 2005 The aroma was of stale bread, the appearance is a slightly foggy gold. The flavor is a wow... No lemon added to mine, yet a very lemon taste sweet aftertaste, I kinda like it. Overall nice.

Jan 19, 2005 Pours turbid dark straw with rapidly dissipating fizzy, white head. Aroma of malt, strong citrus...not a typical hefe aroma. Tastes intensely tart, very much like a gueuze.

Jan 8, 2005 This smelled almost exactly like champage to me. Flavor is also reminiscent of champagne. Crisp and sweet with flavors of lemon and grapes. Light and slightly watery body. Nothing too terrible, but certainly nothing that great either.

Dec 20, 2004 bottle. poured a slightly cloudy, yellow with a decent effervescent head. unfortunately there just wasn’t a whole lot of flavor or anything else for this beer to hang its hat on.
