Commercial Description:
Select wheat joins with American Hops under the careful eye of the master brewer. The result is an entirely drinkable wheat beer, refreshing, rewarding and proper for any occasion. At your whim, add a thin sliver of lemon or not. Follow by quaffing your fill.

When we set about brewing our wheat beer, we strictly limited ourselves to one specific idea: to make an exceptionally drinkable wheat beer. Without the distractions of extravagant brewing techniques and exotic ingredients, the result is a truly honest American Hefeweizen appropriate for any occasion. Proper.

Pours very lightly hazy yellow with a fizzy off white head that leaves quick. Grainy wheat aroma with some very light citrus. Medium / light body with sharp carbonation. There is a watery feel to the beer. Starts with sharp wheat bite along with some citric qualities and some dusty statleness. Finish is more of the same, but astringency comes into place. Best to steer clear of this one.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a big white head. Aroma is very zesty and citrus. Flavor is lots of lemon but very watery and almost flat. Leaves a creamy touch on the tounge as it goes down. This has lots of bad reviews but its not that bad. No where near a good wheat but its a good half assed attempt.

Far and away the worst micro brew I’ve tried. Maybe the worst commercially sold , bottled beer I’ve had. Bad flavor that goes beyond the horrible sourness. Just awful. Two sips and down the drain.

Aroma is good, fruity like a wheat should be. But the flavor is ultra-fruity. To the extent that it tastes like cider or lemonade, and bitter at the same time. Way too much for me.

12 oz bottle, via Secret Santa PhillyBeer2112. Pours a cloudy orange straw colored body under a thinnish fizzy white head. Aroma is very light, just a very small amount of wheat and a slight tinge of yeast. Flavor is about as light as the aroma would indicate. Some wheat and minimal yeast flavor and not much beyond that. Mouthfeel is thin and watery with moderate fizzy carbonation. This really wasn’t bad per se, just really lacking in flavor and body.

cloudy, golden body with small white head...aroma and flavor of wheat, citrus hops, and cereal...somewhat of a dry finish...nothing too special

Kind of has a dirty dishwasher, but hazy and lightly golden ,with some touches of citrus on the nose. Zesty albeit husky flavor with amped up lemony acidity and toasted cereal maltiness. A beer for first thing in the morning.

Pours a slightly hazed golden body with a short-lived white head. The aroma is a lightly tangy wheat and the flavor was dried cereal with a slight lemon finish. Why?
